The DePaul University Introduction to Engineering Camp introduces high school students to engineering design principles as applied to intelligent systems. Students will explore embedded systems by interacting with sensors and motors, and engage in prototype design using laser cutters and 3D printers. A core activity involves programming an mBot robot to navigate an obstacle course, applying the engineering design process. Upon completion, students receive certificates.
